What is a healthcare CRM?
A healthcare CRM helps a clinic, hospital or diagnostic centre turn enquiries into appointments and keep patients coming back at the right time. In Gandiv, calls and ad enquiries are logged against the patient, appointments are booked on doctor-wise calendars, and reminders go out before the visit. Packages and session counts are tracked, TPA or insurer details are held on the file, and recall campaigns bring back patients due for follow-up or a repeat test. It manages patient relationships and scheduling, not clinical records, so it sits beside your existing medical software.
Why healthcare teams need one
Problem
Doctors wait while booked patients do not turn up.
With Gandiv
Reminders go the day before and two hours before, and no-shows are called back the same day.
Problem
Enquiry calls end without a booking.
With Gandiv
Callers see free slots by doctor and book while the patient is on the line.
Problem
Treatment packages run out and nobody notices.
With Gandiv
Sessions used and left are tracked, with a nudge when the pack is nearly finished.
Problem
Patients who needed a follow-up never come back.
With Gandiv
Recall campaigns list everyone due for a review, vaccination or repeat test and queue the calls.
Problem
Insurance and TPA questions delay admission.
With Gandiv
TPA name, policy details and pre-authorisation status sit on the patient file.
Problem
Patient data is visible to everyone at the front desk.
With Gandiv
Role permissions and consent notes limit who can see contact details and what was discussed.

Frequently asked questions
Does Gandiv store medical records?
No. It handles enquiries, appointments, packages and follow-ups. Clinical notes, prescriptions and lab results should stay in your clinical software or HMS.
How is patient privacy handled?
Access is limited by role, contact numbers can be masked for callers, consent is recorded per channel and activity is logged. Handle personal health data under the DPDP Act and your own policies, and inform patients how their data is used.
Can I manage several doctors and branches?
Yes. Each doctor has their own schedule, and branches can be separated so each sees only its own appointments while management sees the combined view.
Can patients get reports on WhatsApp?
Staff can send a report or prescription on WhatsApp after review, using approved templates for notification. Sending clinical documents is always a manual, approved action.
Does it work for dental, IVF and diagnostic centres?
Yes. The same appointment, package and recall features work for each. Fields such as treatment type, cycle number or test panel are added to match your service.
