What is a franchise CRM?

A franchise CRM manages the long sale of a business opportunity. Enquiries are numerous, but only a few have the money and the space, so qualification by investment and city matters most. Gandiv captures those fields from the first call, shows which territories are already taken, and sends each application through the approvals your management requires. After the agreement and the fee, the same record carries the setup checklist and then royalty tracking. Once outlets are live, customer enquiries in a city can be routed to the nearest franchisee, so the network benefits from your marketing and not only from your own stores.

Why franchise teams need one

Problem

Most franchise enquiries have no budget or space.

With Gandiv

Investment, city and space are mandatory qualification fields before a lead reaches a senior closer.

Problem

Two applicants are promised the same city.

With Gandiv

A territory map shows what is taken or on hold, and an application locks its area during review.

Problem

Approvals travel through email and WhatsApp.

With Gandiv

An approval workflow assigns each stage to a named approver and records the decision.

Problem

Agreements are printed, signed and couriered.

With Gandiv

E-sign sends the agreement from the record and stores the signed copy on it.

Problem

Setup drags because nobody owns each step.

With Gandiv

A setup checklist with owners and due dates shows what blocks the launch.

Problem

Local customer leads never reach the outlet.

With Gandiv

Outlet-level routing sends a city's leads to the franchisee covering it.

Key features

Territory map

Know which cities are still open

Define territories by city, PIN or radius, and mark them open, on hold or taken. When an applicant reaches Application, the area is held automatically so another caller cannot promise it.

  • Open, hold and taken status
  • Territory by city or PIN
  • Hold released on rejection

Qualification

Filter by investment before presenting

Capture investment budget, city, space and timeline in the first call. Scoring rules push serious leads to your best closers and send the rest to a nurture journey instead of wasting presentation slots.

  • Mandatory budget and city
  • Lead scoring rules
  • Nurture journey for low fit

Approvals

Every application reviewed in order

Applications go through approvers such as regional head, finance and brand. Each approves or rejects with a note, and the applicant moves ahead only when every approval is done.

  • Named approvers by stage
  • Decision notes saved
  • Reminders for pending approvals

Agreement and fee

E-sign and collect in one flow

Send the franchise agreement for e-sign from the record and attach a payment link for the fee and deposit. Signed copy and receipt remain on the applicant file.

  • E-sign from the CRM
  • Fee and deposit links
  • Signed copy stored

Outlet routing

Customer leads to the nearest outlet

Once live, an outlet receives the enquiries from its city or PIN codes. Franchisees log in to see only their own leads, and royalty due dates are tracked from the same workspace.

  • Routing by city or PIN
  • Franchisee restricted view
  • Royalty due reminders

Frequently asked questions

How do I stop two applicants getting the same territory?

Mark territories on the map and hold an area as soon as an application starts. A second caller sees it as on hold and cannot promise it.

Can approvals involve several people?

Yes. Define approvers per stage, such as regional head and finance. The application moves forward only when each has approved, and every decision is logged.

Does it support e-sign for agreements?

Agreements can be sent for e-sign from the applicant record, and the signed document is stored with it. Check that your agreement format meets your legal team's needs.

Can franchisees see the head office data?

No. A franchisee login is limited to the leads and tasks of their own outlet. Head office sees all outlets together.

Can customer leads be routed to outlets?

Yes. Leads can be routed by city or PIN code to the outlet that covers the area, and each outlet sees only its own.
