By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

2. The service

Gandiv provides software for managing leads, calls and messages. Features differ by plan. We may change features with notice where the change is material.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have a lawful basis, including consent where required, for the data you load and the calls and messages you send. You must follow telecom, DLT, WhatsApp and Do-Not-Disturb rules that apply to you.

4. Fees and billing

Fees, billing cycles and taxes are shown at purchase. Third-party charges such as Meta conversation fees and carrier minutes are passed through.

5. Liability and termination

Standard limitation of liability and termination terms are to be drafted by counsel. You can export your data before leaving.
