Lead distribution: the right lead, the right agent
Stop assigning leads by hand. Set rules once and each new enquiry goes to the agent best placed to close it, while absent agents are skipped automatically.

Rules builder
Build routing rules without code
Combine conditions such as source, city, budget or product, then pick who receives the lead. Rules run in order, with a fallback pool at the end, so no enquiry is left unassigned because nothing matched.

Round-robin
Fair turns for every caller
Round-robin shares new leads in equal turns across a team, with optional weights so a senior agent takes two for every one a trainee gets. Everyone gets a fair shot, and nobody hoards the best leads.
- Equal or weighted turns
- Per-team rotation
- Daily caps per agent

Skill and geo
Match by language, city and product
Send Hindi enquiries to Hindi speakers, Pune leads to the Pune team, and loan enquiries to the loan desk. Skills and territories are set on the agent profile, and rules read them directly.

- City, pincode or branch
- Product-wise teams

Source and load
Balance by source and workload
Premium sources can go to your best closers, while cold sources go to a larger pool. Load-based routing checks open follow-ups, so an agent already buried in tasks is skipped for the next lead.
- Source-specific pools
- Open-task load check

Leave handling
Absent agents never block a lead
Mark leave or a shift end and the agent drops out of rotation. Their open leads can move to a backup or a pool, and returning agents rejoin the turn order without anyone reconfiguring rules.

Re-assign
Pull back leads nobody touched
If a lead sits uncontacted past your limit, Gandiv takes it back and routes it again, and the original owner is notified. Slow response stops costing you enquiries that a faster colleague would have won.

Frequently asked questions
Can I assign manually and still use rules?
Yes. Managers can reassign any lead by hand at any time, and bulk reassign from a filtered list. Rules only apply when a lead is created or returned to the pool.
What if no rule matches a lead?
It goes to the fallback pool you define, and a manager can be alerted. Leads are never left without an owner by default.
Does routing look at who is online?
Rules can consider leave and shift status. Real-time presence on calls is used by the dialer, while lead routing relies on the schedule you set.
Can a lead return to the same agent if they enquire again?
Yes. A repeat enquirer can be routed back to the previous owner, or to the pool, depending on the rule you choose.
Is there a limit on rules?
Plans may cap the number of rules, and the pricing page lists current limits. Most teams run well with a handful of ordered rules.
