Grow and run
Give every partner their own login
DSAs, brokers and referral partners submit leads, track status and see their commission in a portal of their own, while seeing only what you allow.
Own login
Partners sign in separately and never see your whole CRM
Ownership lock
Duplicate check and lock period on partner leads
Commission engine
Flat, percentage or slab payouts per product
Onboarding
Bring partners in with a simple form
A partner fills an onboarding form with details and documents. Your team reviews, approves and assigns a tier. Agreements can be signed electronically. Approved partners get a login by OTP and see only their own area.

Lead submit
Partners register leads themselves
Partners add a lead through a short form or upload a sheet. Gandiv checks for duplicates; if the person already exists, the partner is told that the lead is not new. Valid leads enter your pipeline tagged with the partner who brought them.

Ownership
Settle who owns the lead, fairly
A lock period protects a partner's lead for the days you set, so two partners do not fight over the same customer. Conflicts are listed for your team to decide, with timestamps of who registered first.

Status view
Partners stop calling for updates
Partners see the stage of each lead they submitted, such as contacted, login done or disbursed, along with comments you choose to share. Fewer status calls reach your team, and partners trust the process because they can check it any time.

Commissions
Payouts calculated, not argued over
Define commission as flat amount, percentage or slabs by product and tier. When a deal reaches the qualifying stage, the commission is computed and added to the partner's statement. Payout status and TDS details are tracked in one ledger.

Restricted views
Partners see their data, nothing else
Permissions limit a partner to their own leads and, if you use sub-partners, their own tree. Customer phone numbers can be masked. Every action is recorded in the audit log, so you can check who viewed or exported what.

Frequently asked questions
Can partners see all my leads?
No. A partner sees only the leads they registered, and their sub-partners' if you enable that. Other data is hidden by permission.
How are duplicate leads handled?
The portal checks existing records and applies your lock period, so a lead already in your CRM is not accepted as new.
Does Gandiv pay the partners?
No. It calculates commissions and keeps the ledger. You pay partners through your own bank, and you mark the payout status in the system.
Can partners use a phone?
Yes. The portal works in a mobile browser, so partners can submit leads and check status from anywhere.
Can I brand the portal?
You can show your logo and colours on the partner login so it feels like your own system.
