Frequently asked questions
Does the app track reps all day?
No. Location is captured at check-in and check-out by default. Continuous tracking, if you enable it, needs the rep's consent and clear company policy.
Does it work on low-end Android phones?
It runs on most current Android and iOS devices. Very old devices may be slower, so test with your team's phones.
Can reps work without internet?
Yes, for visits, forms and photos, which sync once the phone is back online. Maps need data for navigation.
Can I set expense limits?
Yes. You can set limits and categories, and claims over the limit need an approver.
Does it support route optimisation?
Beat plans order visits by area, and reps navigate in their maps app. Automatic shortest-route optimisation is not part of the plan.
