Generate the CRM integration key from your IndiaMART seller account.

How often are enquiries imported?
On a short schedule set by the portal's API limits. We show the last sync time in the connection screen.
Will repeated enquiries create duplicates?
No. Matching on phone and email merges them into the existing lead.
